Shipping
Applies only to verified GetPeptides accessory orders — prescriptions are shipped by the independent pharmacy on its own terms. Accessories are packed in Miami, Florida and dispatched to states allowed for each product. Most in-stock orders are prepared for shipment within 72 hours.
Where we ship
We ship only to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to PO boxes where carrier or product rules prohibit them, and we do not ship a product into any state where that specific product is restricted.
Processing time is not delivery time
Most in-stock orders are prepared for shipment within 72 hours. That is the time it takes us to pick, pack and hand the parcel to the carrier — it is not a delivery promise. Carrier transit time is additional and is shown as an estimated delivery window at checkout.
Discreet outer packaging
Orders leave in a plain outer carton. No product names, health information, or branding indicating contents are printed on the outside.
Tamper-evident interior packaging
Items are sealed with tamper-evident closures and cushioned to reduce transit damage. If a seal is broken on arrival, do not use the product — report it to us instead.
Temperature control where a product requires it
Products flagged as temperature-sensitive are shipped with an insulated liner and cold packs. This is applied per product, and a cold-chain surcharge may apply. Expedited service may be required for these items in warm weather.
Tracking, damage and delays
Tracking is added to your order as soon as a label is generated and is visible in your account and on the order tracking page. Report damaged or incorrect shipments from your order detail page. Weather events and carrier network delays are outside our control; we will help you trace and resolve a delayed parcel.
