GetPeptides is a non-clinical healthcare management and technology company (an MSO model). We connect Florida patients with an independent licensed medical group and an independent licensed pharmacy, and we sell eligible non-prescription accessories separately.

Does GetPeptides prescribe, dispense or sell prescription drugs?

No. We never prescribe, approve treatment, dispense, purchase for resale, stock, repackage or ship prescription drugs. Prescription items on this site are informational only and cannot be added to a cart.

Who decides whether treatment is appropriate?

A licensed clinician in an independent Florida medical group evaluates you independently. A prescription is never guaranteed.

Who dispenses and ships a prescription?

If the clinician decides treatment is appropriate, the prescription goes directly to an independent licensed pharmacy. The pharmacy dispenses, counsels you and ships directly to you, and sets its own pricing, shipping and timing.

Are clinical services available now?

Not yet. Until our medical group and pharmacy partners are verified and named on the Florida Care page, clinical services are not available and no requests are accepted.

Do I have to be in Florida?

Clinical services are planned for patients physically located in Florida at the time of their visit.

Where do my health information and lab results go?

Accepted Answer

To the independent medical group, which owns clinical records and decisions. Please do not send health information or lab results through our contact form.

What can I buy from GetPeptides?

Accepted Answer

Only verified non-prescription accessories, such as alcohol prep pads or sharps containers, once supplier, labeling, destination rules, price and inventory are verified. Needles and syringes are sold only with a verified product and a confirmed destination-state rule.

Can I buy sterile water or bacteriostatic water?

Accepted Answer

Not from GetPeptides. Prescription-only water for injection and bacteriostatic water are pharmacy-supplied only. Never substitute irrigation water.

Where and how fast do accessory orders ship?

Accepted Answer

Verified accessory orders ship from Miami to states allowed for each product. Most in-stock accessory orders are prepared within 72 hours; carrier transit is additional. This does not apply to prescriptions, which the pharmacy ships.

Can you tell me what dose to take?

No. We do not provide medical advice or dosage recommendations. Ask a licensed healthcare professional.

Are accessory payments live?

Payments run in test mode until merchant eligibility, policies and accessory verification are complete.

What happened to prescriptions previously shown in my portal?

Accepted Answer

Historical records are preserved and remain viewable. New clinical requests, lab uploads and approvals are disabled until a verified integration with the independent medical group exists.
