5. Pricing. Illustrative Founder amounts are proposed prices, not verified medication/provider costs or a separate membership charge. Illustrative Founder pricing is a flat 40% off the proposed standard price for the same plan, term and payment cadence (Founders pay 60%). Prepaid 12/24/48/52-week totals are discounted directly, with no stacked discount. Subject to a reviewed, executed contract and available services; not a live offer or guaranteed availability. Prepaid multi-week totals are discounted directly, with no additional stacked discount. Four-week cycles are not calendar months. Some options may be withheld pending economic, clinical or legal review. All final prices require documented approval under executed agreements. Any price lock must state its duration, conditions, contract support, treatment changes and effects of cancellation or loss of eligibility.
6. Confirmed Ambassador percentage terms. Approved Ambassadors personally receive a permanent 20% discount on eligible standard subscriptions. Customers referred through an active, approved Ambassador code also receive permanent 20% discount eligibility. Eligibility continues while the account remains active and compliant and the originating Ambassador code remains approved and active. Codes are created pending and inactive during application and activated only after approval; unapproved or revoked codes confer no benefits. This is a percentage benefit, not a fixed absolute price or an irrevocable lifetime price lock. Standard prices may change. An eligible accepted Founder receives the separate 40% tier instead, limited to the first 100 accepted Founders; discounts never stack. Clinical services, subscriptions and payments are not available yet. No commissions or prescription incentives are offered. Underlying standard prices and the eligible subscription list require verified launch approval; confirming a percentage does not approve a payable price or authorize billing.
